What Is PBA?

What is a package bank account or PBA is a kind of current account where bank charging a monthly fee in order to use the bank account. It is not the monthly overdraft fee charge but an actual charge for having a bank account

All banks offered customers a package bank account and it was another mis selling scandal as was PPI

If My Package Bank Accounts Was Mis-sold What Can I Do?

If Your PBA Or Package Bank Accounts was mis-sold then you can claim it by yourself or by any other claiming company and if it got successful claim then you can get some money-back, but it will all depend on the length of time that the account was in operation.

The bank will get back to you within 6-8 weeks of the time frame in order to deal with your initial concerns. If the bank refuse your complaint then it'll be your option that within following 6 months to do it through the financial ombudsman, who will then review on your behalf.
